HR - 4 ash melting point tester
This instrument is used to measure the fusing characteristics of coal ash. It starts with silicon carbon temperature elements according to gb as stipulated Automatic temperature measurement process of ash melting point, also can be in a certain range of control parameters selection and modification. Otherwise customize heating process used for other heating process. This instrument with standard RS232 communication interface to expand and communication.
Control mode: based on singlechip, automatic measurement and correction, automatic temperature and current phase trigger thyristor closed-loop control electric heating.
Temperature range: 0 ~ 1600 °C , resolution, 1 °C is S degree value thermocouples.
Time: 0-999min resolution,1min, (while < 10min for 1s)
